Instructions

  1. Carefully remove the cabbage leaves and blanch them in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until soft.
  2. Mix the ground pork, rice, onion, garlic, egg, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Place a spoonful of filling on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly, folding in the sides.
  4. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  5. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika, then add the tomato sauce, broth, and bay leaf.
